Let's Chat

Once we've established your intended space's usage and the desired medium or style, we'll visit your school or community space to explore possibilities. There's no obligation on your part at this stage—we understand the importance of taking that first step and don't employ aggressive sales tactics. Our visit is focused on understanding your needs and the site itself.

We'll document the area through photographs and measurements. This step is crucial in determining the subsequent actions: identifying suitable equipment dimensions, ensuring appropriate height considerations, planning for a safe fall space, and factoring in safety surface requirements, among other considerations. This information-gathering process allows us to tailor our recommendations precisely to your requirements.

Design

A lasting impression hinges on utilising the right blend of images and colours to construct visually appealing designs that narrate a compelling story. We recognise the importance of impactful visual cues and understand how crucial these elements are in guiding us through the project's subsequent stages.

Imagine transforming every corner into a vibrant hub of activity: from thrilling play opportunities to serene spots for socialising and from adventurous climbing zones to magical nooks for imaginative play. We don't just consider the space; we reimagine its every possibility.

As the project progresses, we provide 2D CAD designs showing the layout and safety aspects. Additionally, we offer 3D CAD designs that provide detailed visuals of the overall concept, bringing your space to life and accurately representing your vision.

Design a project to acieve funding

Are you contemplating your dream project but need funding and unsure where to start or define your overarching plan and goals?

Allow us to assist. Through our collaborative efforts, we can initiate an initial feasibility study. This process, which is both low-risk and cost-effective, involves working closely with you to develop a clear and refined design brief encapsulated in a comprehensive vision/master plan. It's a structured method to achieve your design and build goals before committing to the entire project, providing you with security and confidence in your investment.

Manufacture

We'll begin manufacturing your equipment once you approve the design and budget. The turnaround time depends on the project's nature, whether bespoke or a pre-made solution, with an average timeframe of 6-8 weeks. The timeline may be extended for more intricate designs, and we'll provide you with a realistic timescale before commencing any work.

A pre-start meeting will be arranged before installation begins. During this session, we'll discuss CRB checks, health and safety measures, access considerations, and site welfare. You'll also receive risk assessments and method statements to establish safe work systems before the project commences.

This meeting allows you to address any concerns and have a meet-and-greet with our installers. Putting a face to a name can be reassuring as the project progresses.

Installation

The build phase can commence once a suitable delivery date for your play equipment has been agreed upon. We will take charge of project managing your installation from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our in-house team of fully qualified installers intimately understands each project we undertake, ensuring that every aspect of the build is executed with thought and care.

Upon completion of the build, our in-house operational inspector will thoroughly check all play equipment, confirming its installation adherence to our strict criteria. Subsequently, we will arrange a post-installation inspection performed by an independent safety inspector before handing over the play area to you, ensuring it is ready for use.

Maintenance

Even after we leave the site, our commitment to supporting you continues. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us – we're here for as long as you need us.

Moreover, our maintenance services are designed to ensure the longevity and safety of your play or fitness equipment. Regular checks on your playground extend its working life and adhere to the best practices, ensuring that your apparatus remains in safe and proper working order.
